Patrick has practically been with Polleo since the company opened its doors in 2011. He is charged with managing the service desk and 24/7 technical support team. Patrick has more than a decade of experience in supporting IT service management infrastructures and is vigilant in solving client challenges efficiently and accurately.

Patrick is known as the backbone of Polleo’s technical support team and actively fills this role by serving on the front lines—all while prioritizing client requests. His daily mission is to quickly find a resolution when a client presents a new challenge. He also takes pride in preserving the best possible levels of service.

Patrick truly relishes life as a dad. The sky is the limit when it comes to teaching and inspiring his son. He has a passion for hockey and continues to play the game. Patrick likes to keep his mind sharp by researching and learning about the latest and greatest technology.
