CARMEL, Ind. (March 12, 2014) – Polleo Systems, a Carmel-based cloud computing solutions provider, has been named a nominee for the 15th annual Mira Awards in the Tech Services category. Executive Vice President Matt Goebel also has been named a nominee in the prestigious category of TechPoint Rising Star. Winners will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony and gala on May 3 at the JW Marriott, Indianapolis.
TechPoint, Indiana’s technology growth initiative, facilitates the annual Mira Awards program which recognizes the best of Indiana’s technology sector. A select number of Indiana’s most enterprising tech companies and promising professionals were selected by independent judges from a record-breaking number of applicants, TechPoint reports.
“The Mira Awards are the biggest stage for tech in Indiana and a harbinger of future growth as much as they are a celebration of recent achievements,” Mike Langellier, president and CEO of TechPoint said.
“Our company and Matt being named nominees in the same year is such an honor,” says Polleo President Talbott Sumners. “I’m proud of our team and especially of Matt’s contributions to our growth over the past few years. This recognition validates our expertise and strength in an increasingly competitive IT market, not to mention what I see as a very exciting future for Polleo Systems.”
Polleo Systems, also named a Mira nominee in 2013, provides cloud computing technology services for small and medium-sized businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations, application developers and more.
